Enrollment Contract Instructions

Congratulations on your child’s acceptance to Beaver Country Day School. Here are the instructions to review and sign the enrollment contract and to create a payment plan for the tuition. 

 

Please note: Families who have applied for financial aid can see their financial aid award by following the directions below to view their contract.

New Families (returning families see instructions below)

  1. Login to MySchoolApp at bcdschool.myschoolapp.com

  2. Your username will be the first 3 letters of your first name and then your last name (i.e., John Smith is JohSmith)

  3. Your temporary password will be: EnrollBeaver2021!  

​Once you are logged-in:

 

  1. You will see a link to accept the contract. Click on the Contract to Accept link.

  2. The contract is under the Files & Forms section. Click on the green Review button.

  3. You will be asked to create a Smart Tuition account. You only need one family account. Click No, I do not already have a Smart Tuition account.

  4. Read through the contract, click Review and then Accept, and then choose the payment method for your enrollment deposit. A processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Returning Families with a New Student

  1. Login to MySchoolApp at  bcdschool.myschoolapp.com using the username and password you used earlier this year for your returning student’s contract.

  2. Read through the contract, click Review and then Accept, and then choose the payment method for your enrollment deposit. A processing fee applies to all credit card payments. If you want to access your Smart Tuition account in the future, you can login to MySchoolApp, select Resources from the top of the screen and click on the Smart Tuition logo.
