Enrollment Contract Instructions

Congratulations on your child’s acceptance to Beaver Country Day School. ​​Clarity is Beaver’s Enrollment Contract & Tuition Billing platform. Within the Clarity platform, you will be able to review and sign the enrollment contract(s), select your tuition payment plan, and pay your enrollment deposit.

How to review and sign your Beaver enrollment contract using Clarity

On the morning of March 10, you will receive an email from Clarity with a link to the Clarity Contracts & Billing platform. The email subject line reads: “Beaver Country Day invites you to sign: Enrollment Contract for [Your Student’s Name].”

Log in or create a new account using the link provided in the email. Families who have previously applied for financial aid may already be familiar with the Clarity portal and can log in using their existing login information. Once logged in, you will see all available contracts for your student(s).

All contracts and deposits are due by April 10, 2026.
